The first step is to email your CV and details to talent@bellpersonnel.com.au. From there, a Bell consultant will evaluate you against a client’s needs and contact you should a suitable position be currently available.
In the meantime, we will require you to undertake an extensive evaluation at Bell, including skills and behavioural assessments, to determine your strengths and suitability for particular roles.
Alternatively, should we find that you have outstanding skills and experience, we will “market” you to a suitable Bell client. You may have a preference to work in a particular industry, or even for a specific client. If that is the case, Bell will be happy to approach that client and negotiate on your behalf.
