Bell Recruitment Group working with Total Recruitment has introduced ‘Temp Employee of the Month’. 

Each month across the country each branch of Total Recruitment will nominate a Temp for this fantastic award.  Overall there are several winners each month, one each from Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia.  The winning Temp will receive a certificate and a gift voucher to the value of $150.00.  They will have their photo, in recognition of their success, sent nationally to all companies under Total Recruitment.

To be eligible you must demonstrate one of the following:

• An action outside the regular scope of your duties that promotes greater performance or improves team culture and performance
• Excellent feedback from clients or colleagues
• Demonstration of the core values of Service, Teamwork and Progress

At the end of the year all the winners have the opportunity to become the Temp Employee of the Year with a prize value of $2,500.
